Maxivision and Malabar Eye Hospital announce JV

Chennai: Eye care chain Maxivision Group of Eye Hospitals has announced a joint venture with Malabar Eye Hospital in Kerala. This partnership will help to expand the three-decade-old Malabar Eye Care brand across districts in north Kerala, a statement said.

The newly rebranded Malabar Maxivision Eye Hospitals will generate over 400 new employment opportunities in the next two years. Two new hospitals in Calicut city and four secondary care centres in Kannur, Tellicherry, Quilandy, and Perinthalmanna will be launched.

The collaboration was launched in Calicut on Sunday. Kerala PWD and tourism minister P A Mohammed Riyas participated in the inauguration, it added.
