GIMS to recruit 54 teachers for 13 new courses next session

The institute will introduce orthopaedics, ophthalmology, forensic medicine, paediatrics, psychiatry, microbiology, physiology, obstetrics and gynaecology among other courses.

Noida: The Government Institute of Medical Science (GIMS) which is set to introduce 13 new courses from the next academic year will soon recruit 54 teachers.

The institute will introduce orthopaedics, ophthalmology, forensic medicine, paediatrics, psychiatry, microbiology, physiology, obstetrics and gynaecology among other courses.

Last date for application is February 16. GIMS will also start post-graduation (PG) courses in medicine and surgery from the new academic year.
