DLF has partnered with Global Health to build a 400-bed hospital in South Delhi's Greater Kailash, marking the company's entry into the healthcare sector. Medanta will run the hospital while DLF acts as the strategic investor.
According to the regulatory filing, the Special Purpose Vehicle has been formed to construct, equip and operate super specialty hospitals, clinics and health care centres with other related ancillary medical facilities and services with 50:50 equity shareholding of the GHL and DLF.

“The new hospital will strengthen the medical infrastructure in Delhi and further strengthen DLF’s deep commitment to improving the quality of life for NCR residents,” Rajiv Singh, Chairman of DLF Ltd said.
