Criticare hospitals acquires Kohinoor hospital to expand health infrastructure

Mumbai: CritiCare Asia multispecialty hospital and research center has acquired Kurla's Kohinoor hospital to address the growing demand of quality healthcare infrastructure and facilities across the globe. With this acquisition, CritiCare aims to establish an advanced multi-specialty hospital in the city spanning across western and eastern suburbs.

The acquisition will expand CritiCare Asia Hospitals' footprint by 200,000 sq. ft., further increasing the capacity by adding 250 more beds to the available inventory. CritiCare Asia Multispecialty Hospitals will now have three facilities in Mumbai with this addition to address all major and minor health issues.
