MedBeat HealthConnect announces availability of additional languages for patients: Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu

New Delhi: MedBeat HealthConnect announced the availability of an additional four languages for patients to check their symptoms in. Now patients can use the app in six languages: Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu, as well as the original Hindi and English. This will further help bridge the communication gap between patients and doctors.

The app solves the problem of language barriers and interacts with the patient in their mother tongue to assess their symptoms. Utilising their responses, it summarises symptoms and medical history to be presented to the doctor and suggests the right specialist and relevant lab examinations. This summary contains doctors’ technical medical terminology, helping them quickly understand and reach the relevant diagnosis.
