Tamil Nadu health minister lauds NEET toppers

Chennai: Tamil Nadu health minister Ma Subramanian on Thursday lauded Prabanjan J who topped in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) by scoring 720 out of 720 marks.

He also appreciated Kaustav Bauri, who secured the all-India third rank with 716 marks and Surya Siddharth N and Varun S, who scored 715 marks each.

“This is a phenomenal achievement and a reward for their struggles and hard work. These impressive scores from students are a testament to the quality coaching they have received in Tamil Nadu," he said.

The 104 helpline's counsellors will reach out to students and parents of those who did not clear the NEET 2023. The counselling team has requested the National Testing Agency (NTA) to provide details of students who did not clear the test. "We will engage with parents and students who have obtained low scores," he said.
